HiTA Assistant Layout Overview

Details the layout of the HiTA site

Shown below is a view of HiTA for a typical course.

On the very left is the course navigation bar (navbar). It will display the icons of all of the courses that you are enrolled in. The screenshot shows the top-most course being selected.

If a course is selected, a navbar will appear to the right of the course navbar that allows the student to chat with that course's virtual assistant (shown in the screenshot), open up the modules and lessons of the selected course, and view past conversations that have occurred with the assistant. This documentation contains details on each of these features on their respective pages that are linked for convenience above.

The bottom of the course navigation bar has the profile icon. On click, you open up a menu where you can edit your profile or logout.
