Organization Assistants
You can view all assistants under the organization in the assistants tab. The assistant ID, name, number of members, type (service and course), and publication status are shown for each assistant.

You can create new assistants using the create assistant button. You can toggle the publication status of the assistant (i.e., whether or not it is ready for use or is still being setup) here too.
The manage button will display a dialogue that allows you to clone the assistant (e.g., if you want to test the assistant without affecting the original) or deactivate the assistant once the semester has ended. Deactivation makes the course inaccessible to all but instructors via a direct link.
