Service Assistants
A service assistant is immediately available to all users in the organization upon login on the organization landing page. Any student is able to interact and chat with this assistant type.
This assistant has been programmed more towards helping users with general questions about some kind of service such as financial aid, career planning, university policies, etc. It will directly give answers to users based on the information in the knowledge base.
The materials that should be uploaded and placed into this assistant's knowledge base should reflect the kind of service that the assistant is meant to provide. For example, for a financial aid assistant, you might want to upload documents about how to apply for financial aid at your university.
