Creating a New Assistant
Organization admins can create a new assistant for the organization using the plus icon in the course navigation bar or the Create New Assistant button on the Assistants page of the organization dashboard.

A modal will show up asking for the kind of assistant: course or service. The differences between the two are detailed following documentation pages and are also linked.

After selecting the type of assistant, a new modal will show up asking for the following pieces of information.

- Title
- The title of the assistant. This is what users will see when selecting the assistant.
- Description
- Description visible to users about what the assistant is for.
- Name
- The name of the assistant. Differs from the title in that it is what the virtual assistant will refer to itself as.
- Instructions to Assistant
- Instructions to the assistant to follow when interacting with users.
- Assistant Avatar
- An optional image to represent the assistant.
Press Create Assistant when you are done to create the assistant.
